The Festival was founded in 1965 and in its early days there was also a performance by Roy Plomley and a recital by Isobel Baillie.

Since 1965 Trinity has been the ‘Home Venue’ for the Southport Bach Choir and the majority of their performances have occurred there; included here are only those performances that have fallen within the traditional Festival season

In each year that there has been an Art Exhibition there has also been a Craft Display at the same time and in recent years, often a working artist.
